Born deep in Black Hills National Forest; the sweetness of apple juice sweetened cranberries and Thompson raisins perfectly balances with the deep, rich flavors of unsweetened %100 chocolate, walnuts, and almonds.
The original superfood blend that Drew devised to fuel his cross-country journey; sprouted walnuts, pecans, and pumpkin seeds mixed with goji berries, mulberries, and raisins.

we are committed to quality Stuff
Our ingredients are chosen with great consideration. We know that what you put in is what you get out. Great health and top athletic performance require a high quality, nutritionally dense diet. Our trail mixes have been crafted to not only taste great and satisfy your hunger, but also to provide our bodies with the essential nutrients for biking, hiking, competitive athletics, or just living your best life! Simple carbohydrates from dried fruits are important for energy, but we make sure to include high-antioxidant, vitamin-rich choices like cranberries, mulberries, and goji berries in all of our mixes. Sprouting our nuts and seeds helps make the high-quality proteins they contain more bio-available and choices high in Essential Fatty Acids - walnuts, pecans, and pumpkin seeds - ensure well-lubricated joints, low inflammatory response, and proper brain function.
But we also know that ingredients don't just matter for our bodies; they matter for our planet. That is why we responsibly source only 100% organic ingredients. Synthetic chemicals used in conventional farming are a large contributing factor to many environmental problems that our world faces and the threats posed by the use of genetic engineering in farming are downright scary. Choosing organic ensures that we are not playing a part in any of that and supporting the great work that responsible farmers are doing to stem and potentially reverse major climate change issues. Even our packaging is made from 100% compostable material. And that material is derived from non-GMO plants grown in the USA.
These are our guiding principles and our commitment to you.

In 2017, Drew Alexander, vegan athlete and health & nutrition expert, rode his bicycle coast to coast from New York to Washington state.
While on his journey, Drew passed through huge stretches of land where it was almost impossible to find fresh, healthy, vegan food. To sustain the daily physical rigorous of an adventure like this, he created Andy’s Blend – a superfood trail mix that provided him with all of his essential nutrients.
Before leaving New York, he filled up multi-pound bags of Andy’s Blend and mailed them to locations along the way...
Each mix is named for a different leg of the journey and the choice of ingredients pays tribute to the nutritionally dense native foods of this country.
With each purchase Coast to Coast pays tribute to the native people of america, we donate %15 of profits from each bag sold to The Native American Rights Fund who preserve tribal existence, protect tribal natural resources and promote Native American human rights.
